I have over five years of climbing experience, including three years of coaching and two years of routesetting. Most of my coaching experience has been focused on working with women and children, helping climbers build confidence, technique, and strength in a supportive environment.
Outside of climbing, I work as a behavioral therapist for children with autism. That experience has helped me better understand how people learn, grow, and overcome challenges both mentally and physically. At my home gym, I also started Granite Gals, a nonprofit women’s climbing group focused on creating community, supporting other women, and pushing for more inclusivity in the sport.
I’ve worked as both a team coach and a private coach, and I genuinely love helping people reach their goals, whether that’s competing at a higher level or just feeling stronger and more confident on the wall. One of my biggest strengths as a coach is helping people push through mental blocks while also improving technique, movement, and overall climbing strength. I strive to coach the whole person, not just the athlete.
